After completing a refresh of its guest rooms, common areas and casino floor, theValley Forge Casino Resort in King of Prussia, PA updated its con- vention center in the early part of last year to sport a new look and techno- logical upgrade.
Investing a million dollars into the renovation of its convention center, more than 55,000-square feet of space was transformed with the addition of a new, state-of-the-art audio-visual sys- tem that includes high performance speakers and HD digital video dis- plays; energy efficient,programmable lighting and new HVAC; redesigned public spaces and decor; as well as partitions to divide the space as need- ed for events of varying sizes.
Valley Forge Casino Resort followed up this renovation with the addition of its 20,000-square foot Valley Beach Poolside Club,which is open season-
ally from May through September. All guests of the club must be 21 years of age or older,and there is an entrance fee of $10.00 for a day pass or $100.00 for a season pass.
Guests of the club can relax on over- sized loungers by the swimming pool, play games on an authentic sandy beach,cool down with a frozen drink under the cover of private cabanas, and enjoy live entertainment, DJs, open air dining and other surprises.
The newest addition to Valley Forge Casino Resort, however, was the opening of LP Steak in October 2015, an upscale steakhouse by chef Luke Palladino, which serves classic and unexpected cuts of prime beef, plus chops, veal and seafood. Its full service bar shines a spotlight on local spirits and craft beers, while also pouring California and Italian wines, and mixing up seasonal and classic cocktails. This 4,400-square foot space seats up to 205 people in the main dining room, and it has two private dining areas, the main bar, and a separate lounge area.
