Smoking. One of the most difficult habits to quit. And why? Yes, you read that correctly.
One of the reasons is that we tend to view cigarettes as a friend. We’ve given them nicknames, which makes them as close to us as our best pal!
But they’re not our pal! They’re our enemy, our body’s enemy! We all know the facts. We know millions of deaths are caused by smoking related diseases.
