The Colina Club is now approaching its twenty-fifth year of running a successful retirement complex on the Costa Blanca. We are now offering rentals for a short break, or why not come for a relaxing holiday with the security and back-up of our services. We are also still renting our apartments unfurnished on a long term rental basis with or without the medical services.
Included in our premium package is the medical back-up of a doctor, nurse and an alarm system, as well as the minibus to town and various shopping trips, satellite TV, all your taxes, water etc.
We also organise various outings and once a month a social night with a meal and fun quiz. There is a well stocked library with internet connection available to all residents and we have a bowling green and swimming pool.
On site we also have a 20 bed rest home and here you can come for a short stay or you can move in permanently... everything is included and there is a physiotherapist as well as a doctor and nurses.
