Sleigh Bells Ring Out for the High St. Christmas Extravaganza!

Jingle all the way to Dunblane’s town centre, when on Thursday 27th November ‘Discover Dunblane’ will be bringing back their magnifi cent Christmas Extravaganza.

The

shops and streets will be decked out ready to celebrate Christmas in style with late night shopping 5-9pm, entertainment and a chance to meet Santa and his lovely reindeer.

The Cathedral bells will ring out at 5pm to signify the start of an evening full of festivities. Our celebrity guest (who will be announced shortly) will open the event by taking a trip with Santa in his sleigh guided by his reindeer, generously sponsored for the third year running by the FES Group.

Children can visit Santa in his Grotto and post their letters through his specially made golden post box. There is a full programme of events for all to enjoy including music from bell ringers, carol singers, local choirs and bands. There will also be a variety of street entertainment including Acrobatic Elves to keep the crowds amused, all kindly sponsored by Judy Murray.

Restaurants & bars will be open and there will be a fantastic choice of hot food and drinks available throughout the evening to help get everyone in the Christmas spirit. Many of the local shops will feature exclusive special off ers and promotions available for one night only and with a wealth of choice in independent retailers it’s the perfect excuse to start your Christmas shopping early.

For more information about the event and the off ers available on the night visit www.discoverdunblane.co.uk or like us on our Facebook and Twitter pages.
