SMR worked closely with the main architect to provide internal space planning and interior design services for the
residential component of a large, mixed-use redevelopment in St James, London.
The visualisations created by MSMR were commissioned by the client for design development and marketing purposes, to help communicate both the quality of the spaces and the realisation of the concept.
The exclusive enclave of St James’s is the site of some of London’s most celebrated architectural heritage. The area is also home to many of the capital’s illustrious private
members clubs. These elements helped inspire an interior concept that is both contemporary and timeless.
The accommodation will comprise four apartments and one penthouse triplex apartment.
MSMR is a team of architects and designers working on projects in the UK and overseas. The group has built a strong reputation for its work on prime central London residential property.
