Mentoring and Employee Morale Carter has plenty of friends in the industry but only one mentor: Micah Williams. He is proud to share that he and his team were the first class to graduate from the Sonus Evolution Training held in Clarksville, Tenn. The unique program consists of sales training, day-to-day business techniques and custom fabrication. “That really bumped up our
team’s morale, attending that, and it made us change a lot of our policies as far as charging for labor and offering more custom fabri- cation services. It was the missing piece of the puzzle,” Carter said. He emphasized that the entire

other retailers. “The biggest thing I learned from him is to charge more for your labor and to be the best.
