We’ve got lots of fi tness classes lined up for you all this summer to get those bodies ready for bikini season (it is coming …)
We’ve got everything from high intensity
(Metafi t), muscle workout (BodyPump), toning (Tone it Up) or classes that just give you a fantastic workout (Step).
Every tried Pilates … ?
Pilates is a mind and body technique that begins from a central core of stability. It works by adjusting the intensity using diff erent limb movements and equipment. Maria, our Pilates instructor is well liked by those who attend the classes. Exercises can be tailored for all levels of fi tness. A particularly good class for those getting
back into exercise and also those who are recovering from injuries. If you’ve not tried it, come along! • ONLY £5.80 for non-members (£5.20 for members) • NO BLOCK BOOKING REQUIRED! Classes run: Tuesdays: 9am, 10am and 11am & Thursdays: 9am and 10am
Gymnastics
Our gymnastics this year has been fantastic. The kids have really enjoyed it and it has been a great addition to our programme. We’ll be kicking off again on Monday 3rd September. As this is a new year – affi liations will be due again as well as the block booking (£17 per year). Block 1: Runs from Monday 2nd September –
Monday 14th October: £21 for the block Block 2: Runs from Monday 21st October – Monday 16th December: £31.50 (this is a longer block). Payment is required when booking your place. Get in touch for more information.
