Howard’s UK End to End Cycle Challenge!

This year I am taking on the challenge of cycling from Land’s End to John O Groats, a journey of just under 1000 miles over 9 days. I have discovered that I only really take my cycling reasonably seriously when I have a target to focus on, so this is it and in the process I hope to raise funds for the Centre.

My training programme started properly in May, so I have been trying to get some good base miles under my belt by getting out whenever the weather is reasonable, including home – offi ce, a commute of 22 miles each way.

In May I left one morning with frost on the car windscreens, so dressed for winter, and returned in a short sleeve cycling top! That’s cycling in Scotland for you!

Please visit my JustGiving page below and help me get to my target and contribute to our Centre
