Events Worthy University of Pennsylvania Alumni Award of Merit Gala


October 26, 2012 Philadelphia, PA – The University of Pennsylvania held their 78th Annual Alumni Award of Merit Gala at the Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts where they celebrated outstanding volunteer leadership and commitment in the spirit of Penn Alumni. With over 300 alumni and guests in attendance, invitees began the night in Zellerbach Theater where the presentation ceremony took place and awards such as the Alumni Award Merit was given to distinguished alumni. The program concluded with a performance by Penn’s own Glee Club and rendition of their anthem The Red and Blue. Stage Design by PennCora Productions, Inc. and lighting provided by Annenberg Center pro- duction and Visual Sound. Guest also enjoyed a dinner reception catered by 12th Street Catering.

November 13, 2012 King of Prussia, PA - The Grand Opening event for the Sheraton Valley Forge in King of Prussia was a smashing success! Over 500 attendees took in the gorgeous property with spectacular drinks and food, from both the Sheraton Valley Forge’s stellar culinary team as well as Ralph’s of South Philly – the hotel’s restaurant. Guests were invited to tour the property and “check in” to different locations throughout the hotel for their chance to win a 42-inch flat screen, a signature Sheraton Sleeper mat- tress or 100,000 Starwood Points! The Wurzak Hotel Group and their partners were honored to cut the ribbon with close friend and former Governor, the Honorable Ed Rendell.
