Adventure Aquarium along the Camden Waterfront is in the process of completely renovating its outdoor exhibit space in order to make way for an expansive new penguin exhibit. This exhibit is expected to be the largest expansion since the aquarium first opened.


DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Mt. Laurel features two-room suite accom- modations, each with a separate living room and bedroom. Guests can relax on the private balcony or unwind after a hec- tic day at the on site spa and indoor swimming pool. The facility also is home to a fitness center, GG’s Restaurant, meeting space for up to 300 people, state-of-the-art technology, a business center and more.


The aloft Mount Laurel offers loft-style guest rooms, a business center, indoor swimming pool, and a state-of-the-art fit- ness center. It also features six meeting and event spaces with options to suit just about any event.


Westin Mt. Laurel features full-service lux- ury and 173 guest rooms, plus 10 junior suites providing views of its gardens. Meeting facilities total 20,000-square feet and can accommodate up to 1,000 guests. Additional on site amenities include a heated indoor swimming pool, gym, and restaurant.


The full-service Mt. Laurel Marriott is home to 283 overnight rooms, offers high speed wireless Internet, a business cen- ter, concierge service, 10,000-square feet of meeting space, and an on site water resort, presenting opportunities for group outings and special events.


Wyndham Mount Laurel hotel offers 244 guest rooms with on site dining and flexi- ble meeting space.


The Mansion on Main Street in Voorhees can accommodate up to 800 guests in a number of flexible spaces, able to host conferences, formal banquets and more. On site meeting planners are available, as is on site catering, state-of-the-art in-


house audio-visual technology, and wire- less high speed Internet.


CULINARY UPDATE


Seasons 52 in Cherry Hill offers group dining and events within a casually sophisticated fresh grill and wine bar fea- turing a seasonally changing menu. Its award-winning international wine list includes diverse selections that can be used to personalize each dining experi- ence. In addition, the knowledgeable on site staff can help planners in creating an exceptional group dining experience.


Victor's Pub at The Victor Luxury Lofts along Camden’s waterfront offers an array of menu items, ranging from ham- burgers to decadent desserts like choco- late lover’s cake. The bar features various domestic and imported beers with 10 dif- ferent brews on tap.


Also at The Victor Luxury Lofts building, Market Gourmet features fresh coffee, soups and sandwiches on a daily basis with eat-in cafe space.


THINGS TO DO


Located between Adventure Aquarium and the Battleship New Jersey, Wiggins Park and Marina in Camden features a 50-slip marina, a promenade along the Delaware River, and outdoor concerts on its Riverstage. It is a hot spot for free con- certs and waterfront festivals, including the annual Sunset Jazz Series.


Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden hosts a number of concerts and special events throughout the year, with seating available for up to 25,000 in its outdoor amphitheater during summer months.


Cirque Du Soleil will present TOTEM, a live performance, on the Camden water- front this coming spring. Opening May 30, 2013, TOTEM traces the fascinating journey of the human species from amphibian state to its ultimate desire to fly. The characters evolve on a stage evoking a giant turtle, the symbol of origin for many ancient civilizations. Inspired by many founding myths, TOTEM illustrates, through a visual and acrobatic language, the evolutionary progress of species.


History comes alive at the Barclay Farmstead in Cherry Hill, a restored Federal-style farmhouse featuring period furnishings, clothing, textiles and more. Listed on the National and New Jersey Registers of Historic Places, the 32-acre property reflects the Quaker and agrarian lifestyle that dominated the South Jersey landscape in the early 19th century. Seasonal tours are available.


Historic Croft Farm in Cherry Hill - and the 1753 farmhouse at its center - was once a working mill and farm, which later became a stop along the Underground Railroad. Today, its 80 acres have been transformed into a regional arts center that plays host to the Cherry Hill Orchestra, dance troupes and musicians.
