SportsDock is a state-of-the-art £21 million sports and education complex. Open 7 days a week, 362 days a year. The centre at the docklands campus includes:
l Large 100+ station Fitness Gym
l 2 sports halls (badminton, basketball, volleyball, cricket, football, netball)
l 2 aerobic and dance studios l 1 martial arts studio
l 1 indoor multi-use games area (Futsal, Handball, Football, Indoor Hockey, Badminton, Basketball)
l 1 outdoor multi-use games area (Football, Hockey)
l Sportscafe
Team USA used SportsDock as its primary base for athlete performance services and logistical operations during the 2012 Games.
