READY TWO-GO
SPIELO International showed a range of system options for locations of all sizes and pockets
The evolution of SPIELO from the slots orientated business that was Atronic in the past to an integrated solutions provider was very evident at the G2E Asia show in Macau. The focus of the company is now one of partnership and solution provision, with the company establishing beach-heads in the Asian market that it's using as reference points for future expansion and development of its entire library of product and system solutions. The recent installation of its Systems2Go system at the Midas Casino in Manila, a 300 slots and 47 tables location incorporating a boutique hotel, is a prime example of SPIELO delivering its slots and systems in a cohesive package that brings multiple benefits for its clients and their customers.
The focus on the SPIELO stand at G2E Asia fell predominantly on System2Go, a jackpots and player tracking solution that the company is incorporating with machine sales for Asian markets such as Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and the Philippines. System2Go is a systems-lite package, offering immediate functionality at the point of the slot machine, upon which SPIELO can then look to add the full suite of functionality that drives the CRYSTALNET and GALAXIS system. "We've had a lot of interest in Systems2Go as part of a one-stop solution for operators as it's very competitively priced and offers multi-site functionality as its web-based," explained SPIELO's Fivos Polymniou in Macau. "Operators can keep track of results across multiple remote sites from any location. It's an ideal solution for a jackpot hungry market such as this, in which we have established successful templates with GALAXIS that will sit on anyone else's system, enabling the operator to manage everything from within our module.”
“We currently have System2Go installed in
properties in the Philippines, Vietnam and
Cambodia and believe it has a
great future in this marketplace."

SELL-OUT SHOWCASE
Cammegh recorded its most successful Asia show with its widest range of products
G2E Asia proved to be Cammegh’s most successful showing since the company started exhibiting in Macau six years ago. The UK gaming equipment specialist exhibited its range of manual and automatic roulette wheels, together with the brand new EyeCard product; a camera based card recognition system, running off the Billboard Display. “Gaming markets where roulette is strong have been very well represented, with our customers from Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and others, not to mention that visitors from Europe and America were excited by our developments in roulette based side-bets and of course the EyeCard System,” stated Andrew Cammegh.
“Our customers really like the new Billboard hardware platform, and see the advantages of having all game content, be it Roulette, Black Jack or Baccarat loaded
on the same controller. This system gives great flexibility and assists from a product management and operational perspective. Also, having the same display platform across the gaming floor unifies the look and feel of the guest facing signage as it can be installed on every table regardless of the game being played.”
Cammegh’s unique Bonus Numbers feature, available on the Mercury 360 range of roulette wheels was also something of a revelation. Being able to generate multiple random results from the same wheel during the same game has allowed for exciting and profitable side bets. Customers are budgeting for the introduction of these side-bets which demonstrates the value and excitement of this innovation.
“Apart from the fantastic reaction by our customers to our products and new business opportunities created, a notable high-light was a new customer purchasing all the exhibits on our stand! Can’t wait for next year,” said Andrew.
