Alerts can also be generated on a configurable number of consecutive results, number of big or small results, triples, and identical results. As with all Gaming Floor Live alerts these can be sent out via an SMS gateway.

Using the TCSJohnHuxley Elite Sic Bo display offers seamless connectivity with Gaming Floor Live. Functions include open/close table and change table min and max directly from the system. Simon Witty, Group Product Development Director comments: “Our core strategy is to use technology and innovation in the Live Gaming arena to enhance game appeal and reduce operational costs. Gaming Floor Live originally developed for Roulette games now provides security and performance data for Baccarat games and now with the latest addition also integrates with TCSJohnHuxley Sic Bo tables. With its easy to use dash board approach, risk can be managed and performance analysed in real-time.”

The final element in the TCSJohnHuxley presentation at G2E Asia was the showcasing of the SuperNova Table Bonus System. This floor wide progressive and game bonusing system delivers added value to all live table games including Roulette. The system drives increased

revenues by adding higher levels of player excitement and loyalty to all of your live table games. This makes it the worlds first progressive system for local and networked table game applications that can be used on any live table.

SuperNova can now be applied to any table game. Its multi-level event based and mystery prizes can be employed even upon games that don’t normally run progressive jackpots. “You can add the Supernova system to any game, even one without a progressive jackpot, and just have it running in mystery mode. Having listened to the needs of casino operators, our latest SuperNova developments link your card and Roulette tables together,” explained Harley Jackson, Technical Director TCSJohnHuxley Australasia and who headed up development of the system.

EVERYTHING STACKS UP

Gaming Partners International unveiled its Total Money

Management system in Macau

Making its international debut at the G2E Asia show in Macau, Gaming Partners International showed its new Total Money Management solution, a joint development incorporating JCM Global's iV8, which delivers security and efficiency at the transactional point of contact between dealer and player at the table. Currently, players hand their cash to the dealer who must stop play to count and authenticate it manually before play can resume. It’s a process that costs the casino many rounds per hour and in a market such as Macau, where the volume of table play is so high, it's an inefficiency the casinos would love to eliminate.

“Total Money Management is a high speed validation solution that takes the minute-plus manual validation process and simultaneously speeds gameplay and increases security,” described GPI’s Kirsten Clark at G2E Asia. “We have created a table design that incorporates JCM's iV8 and links the unit to our chip inventory system, which speeds up the buy-in process, with each transaction giving real-time information about the system.”

In a trial conducted on the GPI stand in Macau using the G3 stop-watch and filmed by the GPI team, Kirsten processed a buy-in from start to finish in 48

seconds. The iV8 accepts the notes as a stack, authenticating eight notes per second. The chips were placed on the RFID antenna to validate and balance. Compared to the average manual processing time of two minutes, the ROI is significant, especially in high volume locations, which is the definition of Macau. The additional security factor is also hugely important as the iV8 spits out rejected notes from the stack. The combination of GPI’s Total Management System and JCM's iV8 means that the casino knows what's in the table drop- box and the chip float in real-time. The system replaces the manual count at the end of the day, giving up-to-the-second results during play, stripping the manual process of errors and inefficiencies.

“We are expecting to enter regulatory testing in the fourth quarter of this year,” stated Ms. Clark in regards the progress of the system to the point of sale. “We have been very deliberate in the way that we have brought this system to market. There is a simplicity to the process and that's what creates so much potential. JCM Global has been great to work with, delivering quality engineering, transparent instantaneous accounting that links seamlessly with our chip inventory system. If the dealer pays out a single chip in error this system will catch it and stop the transaction. We are cutting the touch points of staff with cash and providing the efficiency gains at the point- of-play comparable to adding a shuffler to the table.”
