MEET PRODUCT DEMAND.
Operational efficiencies are being implemented to maximise growth potential and streamline services in the region. These include expanding warehouse facilities to provide better consolidation of orders and the ability to hold more stock enabling quicker turnaround of orders. Rebecca Kingswell commented: “We have expanded our team and moved to new warehouse facilities to meet current demand for products. We have increased our production and technical support team in Asia, expanding the sales team too. Operators in Macau are changing their layouts on a regular basis. All the tables in Asia use synthetic cloth as it gives operators much more flexibility in regards to colours and designs. However,

STRENGTH AND DEPTH
TCSJohnHuxley strengthened its team, increased regional capacity and launched three significant new gaming products at G2E Asia
synthetic cloth isn't as durable as wool and we're seeing most of the high end casinos changing their layouts every couple of months. We are also printing a very large number for Singapore and therefore needed to expand our facilities and staff to meet the demand. Our focus is on developing plans that will allow us to deliver the best products, service and support in the region. The importance of building a strong focused team and maximising operational efficiencies in this rapidly expanding market is critical to our success.”
At the G2E Asia exhibition TCSJohnHuxley revealed that it had signed a multi-year global agreement with Gaming Commerce, to distribute BaccPo, a new fast paced table game that combines the gaming style of Blackjack, a simple hand ranking system similar to Baccarat, and the adversarial elements of Poker. “We are very excited about the future of BaccPo, a game we believe can revolutionise the table gaming market in Macau,” stated TCSJohnHuxley’s Rob
Huxley at G2E Asia. “The peer-to-peer element of the game pitching player against player for the first time in a casino environment has enormous promotional opportunities for operators and will appeal to Asian players looking for competitive play.”
The greatly enhanced game pace coupled with a small but positive increased house advantage for the casino version means BaccPo has provable potential to outperform traditional Baccarat in terms of hourly revenue for the casino operator. Launched at Crown Casino Melbourne in January, BaccPo has been equally popular among players seeking an alternative thrill to traditional table games currently spread in casinos worldwide.
TCSJohnHuxley also demonstrated the integration of sic bo into its Gaming Floor Live system at G2E Asia. The latest Sic Bo developments include games per hour visible on the system dashboard and alarms generated for bad shake and game Aborted (when the shaker cover is lifted).
