NURTURING A RADICALLY NEW APPROACH TO

PEDESTRIAN ACCESS Relinea’s class-leading composite access systems provide safe, low maintenance, easily installed pedestrian solutions to the renewables industry.

CORROSION AND SAFETY Corrosion and safety are two of the biggest concerns when designing and maintaining an offshore wind farm. Relinea, with their extensive range of

grating and anti-slip flooring products, handrail and ladder systems and full walkways and structures, is providing solutions to these issues with the use of Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) as an alternative to steel. GRP structural products outperform steel and other traditional materials by delivering a highly durable product with real cost savings through superior life cycle costs whilst ensuring safe foot transit even under the most hazardous conditions.

EXPERIENCE

Relinea has extensive experience in the water, electricity, aerospace, oil & gas & pharmaceutical industries and are bringing the skills gained in these markets to the renewable sector, resulting in them being awarded the contract with Harland & Wolff to supply and install phenolic GRP grating for the Siemens Gwynt Y Mor offshore substation platforms.
