WIND ENERGY INDUSTRY Previously, Collins was commissioned by Airtricity Operations to design and conduct a comprehensive two-day wind turbine foundation inspection training course. They also performed foundation assessments of wind turbine structures for Airtricity and provided construction observation services for the remedial work and have also performed NDT inspections on renewable energy structures and performed contractor analysis for lifting of wind turbine tower components, as well as designing micro-tunnelling activities for wind farm cabling routes.
