WIND TURBINE POWER & CONDITION MONITORING

Having developed some of the leading products in the industry over the last 30 years, the eMS team now moves this technology to another level with continuous online real time monitoring, measurement, automatic analysis and grid code compliance to the renewables industry, monitoring and identifying problems throughout installations reducing costs, saving time and money.

INDUSTRY POSITIONING eMS Ltd are supplying monitoring equipment to the renewable industry, specifically wind farms in the UK Ireland and across Europe. The sub.net ECOs

ACCESS DIFFICULTIES With the difficult access to offshore and onshore turbines sub.nets low cost justifies installing the systems in each tower. There may be many reasons for turbine failure but with sub.net ECO you will have a record of the power event so full and proper analysis can take place.

GRID CODE COMPLIANCE The grid code ensures that the energy network can be operated correctly with or without significant quantities of embedded generation. Most countries or states have their own grid codes which are similar but not identical; sub.net allows for these variances. This code covers all the operating procedures and principles between the generation and power grid companies.

sub.net ECO monitors the output and confirms that the supply meets the requirements of the relevant grid code or alarms if it does not. The quality of supply, real and reactive power outputs are all recorded. A response from the site to downstream faults is reported immediately via email to verify the fault ride-through requirement.

TRIED, TESTED AND PROVEN Our technology is a sound commercial investment… tried, tested and proven, with our industry customers including E.ON, Scottish Power, Nordex, amongst others
