戴伯松 Dominique Deboissesn 董事长 Chairman


亚欧联合资本 A Capital Asia 戴伯松先生从1997年开始定居中国,于2007年1月1日在阿尔卡特(中国)投资有限公 司董事长兼首席执行官的任上退休,退休前,他还担任阿尔卡特亚太区高级副总裁,负责 区域公共事务。


2005年4月13日,戴伯松先生被推选为中国欧盟商会的副会长及上海分会会长。2005 年11月21日,他被再次当选为法国外贸顾问委员会(CCE)中国区的副会长,代表上 海的法国工商界,经过两次连任后,他的任期将到2014年。作为亚欧联合资本的董事长, 他积极帮助中国公司在欧洲投资,例如协助复星集团成功收购地中海俱乐部集团的少数 股份。


戴伯松先生于1969年从斯坦福大学(加利福尼亚)获得了理科硕士学位,他同时拥有巴 黎中央理工学院的工程硕士学位。来中国之前,他在阿尔卡特巴黎总部工作了5年,负责 公司营销与战略工作。他亦曾在IBM法国公司和国际业务部工作过17年。


他是中国的永久居民,于2003年,他获得了上海政府颁发的“白玉兰荣誉奖”,并于 2004年获得了中国中央政府颁发的“友谊奖”。他也是上海黄浦区顾问。

Dominique de Boisséson has lived in China since February 1997. He retired January 1st 2007 from his position as Chairman and CEO of Alcatel China. He also held the position of Senior Vice President in Alcatel Asia Pacific Region in charge of Public Affairs till that date.


On April 13 2005, Dominique was elected the Vice President of European Union Chamber of Commerce in China and the Chairman of its Shanghai Board and held that position till April 2007. On November 21, 2005, he was again elected as the Vice President of CCE (Conseillers du Commerce Exterieur de la France or French Government Trade Advisors) in China, representing the Shanghai French business community. This was renewed twice for 6 more years till 2014. As Chairman of A Capital Asia, he is involved in helping Chinese companies to invest in Europe in a positive way.


Dominique de Boisseson obtained a Master of Sciences from Stanford University (California) in 1969 and also holds a Master of Engineering from Ecole Centrale des Arts & Manufactures in Paris (France).


He is a permanent resident of China and has been awarded a Golden Magnolia in 2003 by Shanghai Government as well as the Friendship Award by China Central Government in 2004.
