BSX Listing Services LOM Capital is a registered Listing Sponsor with the Bermuda Stock Exchange and specializes in advising companies looking for primary or secondary listings on the Bermuda Stock Exchange. Chinese companies may be interested in the ability to list on the Bermuda Stock Exchange for US$50,000 and in as little time as 3 weeks once all documents are prepared and due diligence is complete. Further, if investors are sophisticated then there are no minimum shareholders, no minimum market capitalization and no minimum profitability requirement.
