Kevin Gunther1998年加入圣乔治信托有限公司 (简称“圣乔治”),现负责圣乔治以及百 慕达和开曼群岛的两家附属公司的整体运营。


Kevin早年就读于百慕达,后又赴美求学,并在1992年获得美国霍巴特学院(Hobart College)的学士学位,同时持有美国注册会计师和加拿大特许会计师执照。


加入SGTC前他曾在永道会计师事务所(普华和永道后合并为普华永道会计师事务所)工 作了六年,参与过包括从本地银行、信托基金公司、零售商店,到上市保险公司、券商、 经纪公司等跨国企业的各种审计项目。


同时,他也是肯德基百慕达分公司执行委员会的董事,担任多家本土和跨国投资公司的董 事会成员。本职工作以外,他还同时是百慕达注册信托机构协会执行委员会、百慕达财政 部顾问委员会(专门处理有关“经济合作与发展组织”和“金融行动特别工作组”事宜) 和百慕达皇家游艇俱乐部财政委员会的成员。

Kevin Gunther joined St. George’s Trust Company Limited (“SGTC”) in 1998 and now has overall responsibility for SGTC’s operations, together with its affiliated corporate management entities in Bermuda (Waterstreet Corporate Services Limited, President) and the Cayman Islands (Bridge Street Services Limited, Vice President).


Previously, he was with Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) from 1992 – 1998, where he was involved with a variety of audit engagements ranging from local financial and banking institutions, mutual funds and retail stores to large publicly traded multi-national property, casualty, professional indemnity and captive insurance companies, brokers and managers.


He is a Director and Executive Committee Member of Kentucky Fried Chicken (Bermuda) Limited and also sits on the Board of several local and international investment holding companies. In addition to his professional obligations Kevin also sits on the Executive Board of the Bermuda Association of Licenced Trustees, serves on a Ministry of Finance advisory committee dealing with various OECD and FATF initiatives and is on the Finance Committee of the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club.
