Jason Mi is a partner of Ernst & Young Beijing branch. He has 16 years of consultancy experience in personal income tax and human resource. He has worked at Ernst & Young's U.S. and UK branches and in a "Fortune Global 500" multinational company for many years. He joined Ernst & Young China in 2005.


He has abundant experience in advising high-end clients on cross-border tax issues, such as offshore trust structuring and personal income tax planning, tax planning for domestic and foreign investment, investment immigration tax planning, tax planning before and after companies' listings for corporate and individual shareholders, design and planning of employee stock option incentive programs, pay and benefits adjustments, as well as advising on international tax agreements.


He has accumulated a lot of practical experience in serving domestic and foreign customers. He provided high-end tax advice to a number of globally famous multinational companies. Customers cover finance and insurance, automobile manufacturing, services, real estate, trade and other industries. He was also invited as a guest speaker at various seminars home and abroad on taxation and human resources.
