Jurisdictional Perspective
A recognized authority on asset protection as well as international trust and financial services, Jenner Davis brings a unique perspective to her role with the Cook Islands Financial Services Development Authority. Beginning in the 1990s when she was a law fellow researching the effects of an offshore industry on a developing economy, Jenner has been contributing to the Cook Islands financial industry.
In her role as CEO, Jenner is charged with growing the Cook Islands financial services industry and promoting the jurisdiction internationally. Jenner also acts as a liaison between the Cook Islands government and financial services industry.
Jenner graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in 1992, Master of Business Administration from University of Notre Dame in 1994, and Juris Doctor from Fordham University in 1997.
Admitted to the New York State Bar, Jenner is also a member of the American Bar Association and is a frequent speaker on international trust and financial services topics.
