云治律师拥有十余年的法律从业经历,尤其在商业、知识产权、投资、产品责任等方面的 诉讼和仲裁方面具有丰富的实践经验。云治律师曾代表客户处理过多个在业界有重大影响 的诉讼案件,其中涉及国际贸易和支付、产品责任以及反不正当竞争等领域。此外,云治 律师对各类交易结构以及商业运作模式有着广泛和深入的了解,擅长就各类复杂的争议案 件和具体的法律问题提供全面的法律分析和意见,以帮助助客户制订与其商业目的相吻合 的争议解决策略和方案。云治律师在公司合规方面亦有所研究,并具有一定的经验。云治 律师还代表客户处理劳动争议案件。


云治律师于1999年在金杜律师事务所开始其职业生涯,2009年重新加入金杜。 云治律 师重新加入金杜之前,就职于多个知名大型跨国公司法律部,担任高级法律顾问、法律总 监等重要职务。在重新加入金杜之前,云治律师时任伊士曼柯达公司亚太区法律总监。云 治律师毕业于复旦大学法律系,于2000年取得中国律师资格。

Mr. Richard Yun specializes in litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution pertaining to commercial disputes, intellectual property, investments, and product liability.


Mr. Yun has over ten years experience pertaining to commercial disputes, intellectual property, investments, and product liability and has extensive experience in attending court hearings and other contentious proceedings. Mr. Yun has represented clients in handling high-stakes litigation cases involving disputes arising from international trade and payment, product liability and unfair competition. Additionally, Mr. Yun assists in developing dispute resolution strategies in alignment with business objectives. Further to his wealth of practical and academic experience in the field of corporate compliance, Mr. Yun has also represented clients in employment/labor related disputes.


Mr. Yun started his professional career at King & Wood in 1999 and has rejoined the firm in 2009. Prior to this, Mr. Yun had previously worked in-house for a number of renowned large-scale multinationals as senior legal counsel and legal director. Mr. Yun graduated from the Law School of Fudan University and qualified as a PRC lawyer in 2000.
