Panelist Peter- Michael Schuster 执行董事 Managing Director


Ras Al Khaimah Offshore Peter-Michael Schuster拥有汉堡大学的MBA学位，主修银行、审计及商业法。 1977年， 他开始了自己的职业生涯，担任Deutsch-Suedamerikanische银行的审计师。1981年，他 加入了当时的德累斯登银行（目前它是德国商业银行集团的一部分），并且帮助该银行在 全球各地建立了多个海外分支机构。


因此，他曾在巴拿马、米兰、布拉格（在与法国巴黎银行的合资企业内工作）、深圳、香 港、曼谷、莫斯科和圣彼得堡等地担任过总经理和首席执行官的职务。在其银行业生涯中， 他在泰国成立过自己的商业顾问公司，主要为瑞士和德国的客户提供服务。除此之外，他 还为新加坡的SEB私人银行提供咨询服务。


五年前，他加入了哈伊马角酋长国政府，帮助哈伊马角投资局建立了一座金融城，以及其 它的非金融业务（比如国际商业公司）和海事注册处（从事私人船只和游艇的注册）。在 获得联邦政府的批准后，金融产品将会陆续推出。

In 1977 he started his professional career as an auditor in Deutsch-Suedamerikanische Bank. In 1981 he joined Dresdner Bank AG, nowadays part of the Commerzbank Group, and was part of the team that establishes foreign entities worldwide.


Therefore he worked in Panama, Milan, Prague (in a joint venture with BNP, Paris), Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Moscow and St. Petersburg in GM and CEO positions.


After his banking career he set up his own Business Consultancy firm in Thailand, mainly for Swiss and German customers. Beside this he was advising SEB Private Bank in Singapore.


Five years ago he joined the Government of Ras Al Khaimah in order to establish a Financial City within the RAK Investment Authority, setting up non financial activities like IBC’s and a maritime registry for private boats and yachts; financial products will follow after federal approval.
