Verfides Marco Marano从意大利毕业获得国际经济与工商管理学位后,他就在自己的家族企业中开 始了职业生涯,并且直接参与公司财务的事宜。随后,他加入了一家意大利的会计和税收 事务所,从那里获得了良好的税务合规知识。


1998年,Marco 移居到英国,开始积累他的国际经验,并于1999年1月加入了瑞士富信 (Intertrust)集团旗下的富通银行。在富信集团工作期间,Marco 在企业服务行业、跨司法 管辖区的企业和个人税收筹划等方面获得了丰富的知识。他同时还参加各种管理课程,并 且获得了国际财政研究的硕士学位。2005年1月,Marco被任命为公司伦敦办公室的董事 会成员。在过去的几年里,Marco经常以参与者和主持人的身份参加各类国际税务会议。


2007年,Marco与两个合伙人一起成功地对富信的伦敦办公室完成了管理层收购。公司被 重命名为verFides,并且开始进行全球范围内的扩张。公司在2009年开设了都柏林办公室, 并且于2011年开设了塞浦路斯办公室。


After graduating in Italy with a degree in International Economics and Business Administration, Marco Marano commenced his working career in his family business with a direct involvement in corporate financial matters. He then joined an Italian Accountancy and Tax Practice where he gained good knowledge in tax compliance matters.


In 1998 Marco moved to England to develop his international experience and in January 1999 joined Fortis Bank within the Intertrust Group. While working at Intertrust Marco gained excellent knowledge of the corporate services industry and multi-jurisdictional corporate and individual tax planning. He also attended various management courses as well as gaining a Masters in International Fiscal Studies. In January 2005 Marco was appointed to the Board of Directors of the London Office. In the past years Marco has regularly attended various International Tax Conferences as both participant and presenter.


In 2007, together with two partners, Marco successfully concluded a Management Buy Out of the London Office of Fortis Intertrust. The business was re-named verFides and has since expanded internationally with the opening of a Dublin office in 2009 and an office in Cyprus in 2011.
