水星资本 Mercury Capital Investment Limited 邓新华先生现任水星资本董事会总经理。他在财富管理与离岸金融领域已经有十年以上的 经验。在加入水星资本之前，他曾是利岸投资（Company Incorporaton Asia Limited）的 创始合伙人。利岸投资曾是在中国的离岸专业服务领域中的领导者之一。在此之前他作为 一位在投资银行与金融领域的专业律师从事了多年的专业法律服务。
在多年的专业生涯中邓新华先生曾经为众多的国际著名金融机构与境内外上市公司提供过 专业的服务，他曾经服务过客户与机构包括中国国际金融有限公司（CICC）、IDG资本、 新天域资本、第九城市、China Agritech Inc.、分众传媒等。

Sean is the Managing Director of Mercury Capital Investment Limited(MCI). He has over 10 years of experience in offshore financial industry and offshore asset management. Prior to joining MCI, he was the founding partner of Company Incorporaton Asia Limited(CIA). CIA was one of the leading offshore solution providers in China. Prior to CIA, he spent several years as a professional lawyer in investment banking area and financial industry.
Sean has provided professional services for numerous famous international financial institutions, and onshore and offshore listing companies. The clients he has served include China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC), IDG Capital Parnters(IDG),New Horizon Capital, The Nine, NASDAQ:NCTY, Focus Media, NASDAQ:FMCN, and China Agritech and NASDAQ:CAGC.
Mercury Capital Investment Limited is a professional service provider in offshore solution structuring and offshore asset management. The services of MCI have covered numerous jurisdictions in Europe, America and Asia. The clients of MCI include many famous international investment banks, commercial banks and private equity. Some clients of MCI who chose the offshore solutions of MCI and were served by MCI have gone to IPO successfully.
