INVESTORS IN EDUCATION With education and knowledge driving the sector, the Carbon Trust, the UK's Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC), the Environment Agency, Carbon Clear and the Major Energy Users Council (MEUC) have joined forces to create an instructive and authoritative educational pro- gramme covering key energy issues at this year's event.
