Get Out and Eat Is your local guide for epicurean delights in Gilroy, Hollister, San Juan Bautista and Morgan Hill.


To promote local businesses and increase patronage to restaurants by highlighting local food establishments during a 30-minute restaurant review style TV show.


Each episode will feature a host profiling one to two local restaurants. The aim of the show is not to be a critique but a celebration of good food, service, decor and entrepreneurship, and to promote the local economy. The show will air on CMAP’s Public access Channel 20 and be streamed LIVE online and archived on CMAP’s website. With an interesting local program focused on food, friends, family and community, Get Out & Eat will engage potential customers to learn more about local businesses and increase their consumer activities in downtown.


Underwriting In order to cover the production costs of the show, CMAP and Out & About will offer low-cost underwriting sponsorships at $250 per show. This sponsorship includes:


• A profile of your restaurant on the television/web show. • A 15-second underwriting spot about your business that will be aired on each “Get Out & Eat” program (will display logo/business name, audio tag line, phone, and website). • Mentions on air and on CMAP’s website. • One DVD copy of your restaurant review program. • Online upload of program to Y
