Wroxton House Hotel scoops prestigeous hotel award
B
anbury’s Best Western Wroxton House Hotel took the ‘Excellence
in Marketing’ Award at the 2011 HRS Hotel Awards held in London last month. Established in 2006, the awards act as a quality benchmark for the hospitality industry in order to give hotels in the UK and Ireland due recognition for excellent business practice.
Owner Gill Smith said ‘It’s fantastic that a small independent hotel such as ours can still have a voice amongst the giants of the hotel industry and each member of our team at Wroxton is to be congratulated. The considerable investment we’ve made over the past two, rather difficult years has resulted in a strong and loyal corporate clientele and a buoyant leisure customer base’.
