espite having to cancel the Old People‘s Party a week earlier we were fortunate to be able to have our own


club Christmas Party.


s usual the Lodge looked very festive and we were served with a very tasty, traditional Christmas meal.


W


e had the same group which entertained us at


last year‘s party, playing for us again but for some reason, when the meal finished there were very few people prepared to get on the dance floor. Last year the floor was crowded all night but on this occasion the members and


guests were quite happy listening and talking. Despite the lack of dancing it was a very pleasant evening and I hope that all those present ,had as good a time as me. G. Larkey
