Happy days are here again.
How the Brazil Project is teaching the street children to live a happier and more fulfilled life
T
he report also tells of the ways that the community is taught and
encouraged to support themselves. It was great to see Andreas (a driving force in developing the project) again following his illness (he was found to be allergic to animals - not an ideal situation for a vet) which has meant that he has had give up his profession. He also moved to southern Germany which meant leaving the Rotary Club of Hermeskeil and Hunsruch. He remains in touch with the club where he is
remembered with great affection as he is too by our club.
I
t was an excellent presentation and all those present showed their appreciation in the traditional way.
