Power Plate u Power Plate North America (PPNA) has
partnered with The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) to expand certifi- cation of trainers and research in whole body vibration (WBV) and Power Plate training. Ten NASM Master Trainers have been trained and certified on Power Plate, and all NASM-certified personal trainers can earn continuing education credits (CECs) for Power Plate training. NASM is also working with Power Plate and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to research the benefits of acceleration training for bone and joint health, as well
