Oxford Street Christmas Lights
Yet another occasion to mark this traditional part of the year – the turning on of the Christmas lights along Oxford Street.
The turning on of the lights this year will be one with a different flair as the community partners of Oxford Street Kids Company will be the ones to flick the switch. How exciting that it’s a home grown charity that invests both time and money into the young and vulnerable children of today’s society will be given the honour of carrying out such an amazing responsibility. We can’t wait!

The Enchanted Woodland For those of you that are finding it hard to engage with all the festivities that this time of the year offers then don’t worry, Kix have made it their life time ambition to ensure that you do, or at least eventually. Therefore, try the Enchanted Woods in Syon Park. How
exciting to be walked through the woods taking in all the stunning shapes of the oak trees reflect against the 18th Century lake which is strategically positioned somewhere between 30 acres of gardens and 200 acres of parkland attached to the Duke of Northumberland’s London home Syon House. Make a point of visiting the historic garden with the restored Great Conservatory which is made of glass and stone. Bear in mind though, you will have to return to the woodlands during the months of April to October to view the miniature steam railway in operation. Date: 19th November – 5th December 2010
