associate me with doing a chorus about money; but then someone said an artist that does the kind of music he wants to do; because I can experiment and do a song like ‘Afar’ and a song like “Uh”, and do what I actually want, so
I’m special just because I’m myself in mu- sic; so that’s what can make me special in that sense.
Kix: Flips; Musically do you think commercial music in the UK right now; or commercial music in general is defined by popular status or is it just a matter of what people just simply like? Flips: To be honest, its more or less what people actually like now; There is a certain tone of poppy music, that is too commercial for me personally but, its more what people like now. Its changing. I think people that make music are more accepted in the commercial world. The commercial world is cooler than it was before, that’s what I mean. Lefty contributes- Commercial music is now broadly accept- ed, like what’s pop now, isn’t so bad, because urban culture, is pop culture now.
