Flawless
Read on to find out what the infamous dance group Flawless had to tell us, when we caught up with them out of there busy schedule.
Kix: How many are there of you are in the group? Flawless: There’s actually ten of us.
Kix: For those who aren’t familiar, is it everybody that contributes to the chorography or is it just the main leader? Flawless: Well yeah, I would say all of us! Me (Marlon) I’m the main director, and so when they can’t interpret it, I just bring, some of their ideas to life.
Kix: So let’s go back to Britain’s got talent. When you guys were there did you think you would actually get as far as you did? Flawless: You know what, show’s like Britain’s Got talent, are very unpredictable, what we didn’t know, was what the crowd reaction was gonna be, and the feedback from the judges. You’re obviously confident about what you’re about and what you’re doing, but it’s a different experience when you actually get feed- back. But it was definitely a great experience, great expo- sure, and we were happy to even get that far.
Kix: How would you describe the backstage experience at
Britain’s got talent, back then? Flawless: You know what, it was an emotional rollercoaster, because your excited then your nervous all at the same time; so many different emotions going through you, because obviously you know, it’s quite an intense competition to be involved in; and then to get public vote, 50 million viewers and all that, it’s like ‘Oh My God’, that’s so many people. So doing that you never know the effect you make on people, and that’s the biggest thing.
Kix: Is there anything you guys, would have changed about the way you went into the show, or the way your career grew? Flawless: Nah, I wouldn’t change it, because everything happens for a reason, and our mentality going into the show, has now brought us on top to where we are right now. We went into the competition, chasing a dream; let people know who flawless is and what we’re about. So with the attitude of chasing our dream, I believe that’s what carried us through.
Kix: So Flawless is an all male group, no females why?
