Paul Turner Signwriters was established in 1982. Paul Turner originated from a family of traditional signwriters with more than 50 years experience and although modern technology is at the forefront of today’s sign industry, the traditional background and values ensure the company’s product is of the highest quality. Initially running the business from the family home,
a growing client base led to the company moving to new premises. This growth continued for more than 15 years and resulted in the size of workshop increasing from an original 800 sq.ft. to 3000 sq.ft. In 2009 the company moved to new energy efficient
premises which include a 26 metre vehicle application bay, able to accommodate any vehicle, and ambi-rad heating, meaning that even in the coldest winter weather the correct temperature to meet the criteria for the 3M warranty on all vehicle livery can be achieved. A year ago Paul Turner Signwriters was proud to
achieve the recognition of being named as an approved 3M MCS (Match Component System) Manufacturer and Installer, an accolade that only a few companies in the UK can boast. This means a five year warranty can be supplied on 3M graphics and this warranty has been a deal clincher in winning new work from further a field than the local area where most customers are based. For example, a client in Nottingham whose previous livery had failed due to fading and peeling brought four vehicles to Paul Turner Signwriters for full colour livery because of the 3M warranty offered.
