PRODUCT News New A3 colour printers from TheMagicTouch
TheMagicTouch, as a global pioneer of the digital image transfer process, continues with a host of original developments and innovations. The company has recently extended its global alliance with
OKI Printer Group as image transfer partners and has awarded the new range of digital A3 colour printers with its 5 Star compatibility rating for use with its complete range of transfer papers. Jim Nicol, Managing Director explains: “The new A3 OKI
printers are simply the best for our unique transfer process; they are quick, outstanding image quality and very affordable with the TMT/Oki A3 model available for less than a thousand pounds. Using the latest toner technology, the durability of transfers, especially for textiles, gives outstanding results on textiles and fabrics including 100% cotton, denim, nylon, polyester and even leather, regardless of colour. Plus when not used for transfers they are the perfect plain paper office printer.” The new TMT/Oki printer
models are firmware and printer driver enhanced for compatibility with all transfer papers from TheMagicTouch, and are supported with a standard three year warranty. TheMagicTouch allows those, yet to benefit from
transfers, to do so without the financial risk or capital investment normally associated. Garment decorators should consider TheMagicTouch as an additional sales and marketing tool that assists in creating new business from both existing and prospective customers. Jim Nicol added, “During these difficult times customers
expect more in regard to service and commitment from suppliers. When submitting a personalised sample for evaluation the reaction is always positive, and that’s what sales is all about. Customers are impressed when you make a bit more effort and do something a little different to gain their trust and attention.” The company, from its UK headquarters in Dunstable,
Bedfordshire, offers a host of transfer solutions including the MagiCut range of textile vinyl, sublimation, printable consumables, heat press equipment and eco-solvent based technologies and printers.
The TMT/Oki A3 printer. TheMagicTouch has extended the in-house training seminars
covering all aspects of the technical and the sales and marketing sides of the business. These include database management and target marketing all of which customers are very eager to learn and benefit from. Attendance to all courses is strictly by appointment only.
Jim Nicol continues, “Over the past five years we have seen a
dramatic rise in the number of customers attending our seminars. Most customers find it difficult to focus their sales and marketing whilst fulfilling their existing day to day demands. Experience and feedback from customers confirm our business support plays a major role in helping make their marketing more cost effective and delivers real results.”
