Using MC, make a magic loop (see page 88 for technique). Round 1: 6dc in ring. Pull to close. Round 2: 2dc in each dc. (12sts) Round 3: *1dc, 2dc* in next dc; repeat to end. (18sts) Round 4: *dc in 2dc, 2dc in next dc*; repeat to end. (24sts) Round 5: *dc in 3dc, 2dc in next dc*; repeat to end. (30sts) Round 6: *dc in 4dc, 2dc in next dc*; repeat to end. (36sts) Round 7: *dc in 5dc, 2dc in next dc*; repeat to end. (42sts) Round 8: 42dc in blo. Round 9: Dc round, dc2tog twice evenly

FINISHING
