needed to begin making deci- sions from a place of faith rather than fear. I needed to return to the core of who I was, what I believed in and what I really loved doing. I knew I still wanted to empower women, but I needed a way to do that that was in alignment with my own wisdom, talents and abilities.

It was through this entire experi- ence that I created the concept I now refer to as my BIG Business Vision. In fact, creating my BIG Business Vision was my first step on my journey to successfully re-structure my entire business from one that was struggling and drained me to one that is thriving and energizes me. The coolest thing is, the majority of my clients empower women through the work they do in their businesses. By aligning my BIG Business Vision with my passion, wisdom and gifts and doing the work I am meant to do, I am now either directly or indirectly helping to empower more women that I ever dreamed possible!

So what exactly is a BIG Business Vision?

Your BIG Business Vision is simply the ultimate growth potential of your business that acknowledges your soul’s potential and encour- ages you to step fully into your power by being all that you can be in life and business.

There are 4 distinct

characteristics of the BIG business vision:

You acknowledge the “calling from within” and step fully into the work that is your soul’s desire.

This work is motivated by a deep love and passion for every prod- uct and service you offer and every client you attract.

You have a crystal clear under- standing of how your “soul work” attracts and affects your perfect

clients. You step forward willingly and expand your reach through new and interactive ways of con- necting with all those who need what you offer.

You claim prosperity in your life and in your business. You ac-

knowledge your own wisdom and value and in doing so, you create a business model that provides an abundant, sustainable flow of cash into your life and business.

You resist the temptation to stay small and play small, by moving through fear and relying on faith, continuously expanding your con- sciousness, your knowledge and the impact you have on the world through the work you do.

If you often feel drained or resentful about the work you are doing in your business, then per- haps it’s time you look at what’s driving your decisions.

If it’s fear, then I recommend taking a day or two to refocus and realign with your passion by creating your own BIG Business Vision.

on all the things absolutely LOVE doing in your business and do more of them.

Determine who is helped by all that you are passionate about do- ing in your business. What prob-

List and acknowledge all your

amazing gifts. Really explore this concept from your natural talents to college degrees, from learned skills to intuitive gifts. Learn to honor everything that makes you unique and then share it with the world by showcasing your wisdom and knowl- edge through your business!

Using the information from the first three steps, dream your biggest dream for you and your
