eiser’s new M5 Strider is a unique elliptical ma- chine designed specifically for indoor fitness classes. It has a similar footprint to an indoor

cycle and it is very portable and easy to use. The M5 replicates natural movements such as walking, jog- ging or running and it provides an effective and effi- cient workout either on it’s own or combination with an indoor cycling class. The M5 Striding Foundations program is a 6-hour education course that covers the methodology and training methods behind Striding. Discover and learn how you can implement a variety of training methods and applications for an innova- tive workout. The Keiser M3 indoor cycle is superi- orly engineered and features an on-board comput- er system that tracks power, cadence, heart rate,

kilocalories and distance. The M3 and the M5’s inno- vative magnetic resistance offers an unprecedented indoor cycling and striding experience. The M3 Cycling Foundations program provides
