SMART TONER SINGLE ARM DROP STEP TO PRESS

Set Up: Begin in athletic po- sition with the top elbow holding the Smart Toner grip at shoulder level.

Execution: Keeping the el- bow up, step laterally back 45º to load the rear leg. Then, initiating with the legs, push off the back foot and press with the arm to finish extended with triple flexion at shoulder level.

SMART TONER/ SMART STICK SQUAT TO OVERHEAD PRESS

Set Up: Begin in a low ath- letic position, loading the Smart Toner under the feet and the Smart Stick be- hind the head with the core braced.

Execution: Slowly lower into a squat position then, initi- ating with the legs, extend all the joints while simulta- neously performing an over- head shoulder press, finish- ing on the toes.
