how can you help your athletes and clients achieve a consistent training schedule? Provide them with a com- pletely portable workout that maxi- mizes efficiency and effectiveness. Most clients find it challenging to

commit to workouts as they juggle school, jobs, sport practices, competi- tions, travel, personal time, family time, and rest and regeneration. The indi- viduals who get the best performance results commit to a regular training schedule and have solutions in place when their routine is interrupted. Keep these key design principles in mind when designing a portable workout:
Convenient – Choose exercise tools
that are easily transported and require minimal space and set up. Portable tools translate into an easy-to-imple- ment workout – no gym required.
Effective – Choose exercises that challenge the whole body and provide
