quality premium river cruise product at a surprisingly affordable price. Our river cruises are on average £200-£500 cheaper than other four- and fi ve-star operators in the sector, and provide comparable levels of comfort and service. One of the reasons we can keep our prices low is that we have chosen not to include ‘free’ all-inclusive drinks, as our customers tell us they don’t think this works on a river cruise. Most evenings we’re moored up in the centre of the town, so our customers can wander ashore and explore the local bars. We have kept prices for 2016 at 2015 levels. Modern fleet: Our fl eet is one of the most modern in Europe featuring seven

fi ve-star and two four-star superior vessels, four of which have been launched in the past two seasons and two fi ve-star ships this year: MS Jane Austen and MS Charles Dickens. Thoroughly British: Our cruises are designed entirely with British

guests in mind. Believe it or not we’re the only ones to include complimentary tea and coffee-making facilities in our cabins. It’s a very British thing! We’re not xenophobic and you will sometimes fi nd non-British customers on our cruises, but we don’t pro-actively sell in overseas markets. Therefore our cruises are very sociable, with like-minded people enjoying each other’s company as they enjoy their journey along some of Europe’s most iconic rivers.

Recognition: We have been recommended by Which? magazine for

the last three years, beating all other river cruise lines.

New itineraries: Our product is constantly evolving and we have a full season on the Douro in 2016, and a brand new itinerary called Medieval Germany. Guaranteed pricing: We never discount and have complete price

parity across our products. We have always sold our products through a third party and paid a commission, so agent bookings are on a level playing fi eld with our other channels. Agency support: We have a dedicated Agency Sales Support team who can assist with training, both face-to-face and online (rivieraexpert.com). We run river cruise presentations to agents’ customers, attend cruise shows and provide window posters etc. We also hold options for fi ve working days, and have a fully-bookable online agent booking engine at rivieratravel.co.uk/agents
