Karen would not give up, as she felt that the building was meant for her. She told the agent to call the bank, and three days later, the bank met with Karen. Karen was ecstatic. “Not only did they agree to sell me the property for the price I asked, they off ered me very attractive settlement terms! A year later, we bought the building next to it and a warehouse too! So now, our company owns three properties!” Karen attributes the successful expansion of her business to the good feng shui that Lillian has taught her. She is particularly impressed with how quickly and how potently all the fl ying star cures work. “I’m born in the year of the Dog,

HOW GRETCHEN SAVED HER COMPANY’S TURNOVER USING FENG
SHUI Meanwhile, Gretchen Marie Ladia, who lives in Cebu runs Pustanan Printer, the largest manufacturer of biodegradable plastics in the Philippines.
