• I advised her to reclaim the Southwest area by building a large master bedroom in this part of the house. Having a large master bedroom in the Marriage sector would dramatically improve their relationship and also give Faye the strength and ability to realize her potential as the best Matriarch possible. She would have the strength to cope without Andy around (if he still held the travelling job) and her career would also flourish. Te room was redesigned so that their Queen-sized bed could be placed facing WEST, which was a good direction for both Andy and Faye. In doing this, she could convert her original master bedroom into a dressing room or study, and the laundry can be moved further next to the ensuite.

• The second thing I advised was for her to build a roof to cover the outside BBQ area, making it a patio. I advised her to build a large and tall concrete pillar
with metal inside on exactly the NW corner and let this be the foundation pillar for holding up the roof. The pillar would activate the NW sector. I also suggested that she hang a row of tinkling windchimes in the NW to energize the NW sector.

• Then I suggested building a pond in the Southeast to activate the prosperity corner of the house.
Tis was not a minor renovation, and doing all this meant that she would have to submit plans to council and take a loan from the bank. It was something that Andy would have to agree to doing. I knew it would not be easy for
Faye to convince her husband Andy to agree to these changes. I started to pray to the Goddess Tara to help this family… and the amazing news is that one month later, when Andy returned home, Faye was able to convince him to make these changes! Even better news; Andy had reached his 5 year anniversary with the
shipping company where he worked and had earned the right to take a 3 month semi-paid-holiday to spend with his family! Being an engineer, he is a very handy guy… so he had the plans drawn up and submitted to council. He even took three months off to build the extensions himself with the help of a hired builder! Te feng shui worked its magic
really fast! Within two years, Faye was promoted and asked to run the Project Office! But the best news of all was that Andy was also given a promotion! He was asked to establish an engineering department in Auckland HQ and was given the title of Head of the Shipping Engineering. Not only did it come with a raise, the position was based in Auckland and did not require as much travel. It was really wonderful… and the
kids were thrilled to have their father back in their lives again! I never asked Faye about Rick,
and eventually, he left the company for a position with a competitor firm a year later. Watching Faye and Andy together over the years before I left New Zealand, I am convinced their marriage has become much stronger than ever!
