Consolidated Financials 2012 - 2013
Northeast Oklahoma Electric Cooperative is
pleased to report another financially successful year. Patronage capital (margins) totaled $4,602,502 for 2013 and the co-op is in compliance with the guidelines set forth by its lenders. Net utility plant increased 6.4 percent during 2013
and kWh sales increased 6.6 percent over 2012. The certified public accounting firm of BBG, LLP,
prepared this year's audit. Statements are available for review at NEOEC's headquarters in Vinita.
