TOYOTA Racing at Fuji Speedway Home soil for TOYOTA Motor Corporation and Kazuki Nakajima, the TOYOTA Racing team has reigned supreme at Fuji Speedway. TOYOTA Racing at Shanghai While Alex Wurz and Nicolas Lapierre dominated the event in 2012, clinching the team’s third victory in its maiden WEC season, a late puncture robbed the TOYOTA Racing duo of victory last year and #7 finished second. But the #8 crew had even more reason to be disappointed; they led comfortably until a suspension problem ended their race.
