The event, which draws over 3,000 co-op members and friends, requires time and coordination of all involved, says CEC’s Tonia Allred. “It’s our premier gathering and every year we try to offer something unique and different to make it fun for our members,” she said.

This year the meeting theme is a salute to southeast Oklahoma’s agriculture industry. “We hope to have a display of antique farm equipment on site for members to look over and reminisce about,” Allred said. Members can also stroll over 80 vendor booths offering jewelry, arts and crafts, home decor, hunting equipment, tools, clothing and more.

“Our goal with our annual meeting is to make it a family-friendly event, with a little co-op business on the side,” Allred said.

She also encouraged local businesses and groups to promote their services, crafts or products at the annual meeting by setting up a booth. Booth space is free for all participants, however vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs and displays.

The deadline to reserve a booth is September 20, 2013. “Every year we seem to have more vendors participating so we encourage everyone to reserve a space as soon as possible,” she added.

To reserve a booth, please fill out the form below and return it by the deadline. For more details, please call Jia Johnson at 800-780-6486, ext 248.
