opportunity to pay with cash, credit, or debit card without having to make the trip to the Vinita offi ce. To get started with the payment center, you will need


a bill stub or your account number. You will be given prompts to follow requesting your name, phone number, and other account-identifying information. T ese compo- nents will ensure your payment is received and properly recorded to your account. Once a payment is made, you will receive a verifi cation


receipt. Payment information is updated every 15 minutes. Please keep in mind, however, change is not given for cash payments. T e full amount will be applied to your account. If paying by credit or debit card, the payment will appear as NORTHEASTOKELEC/PAYSITE on your monthly state- ment. If this payment option proves to be a success, North-


east will work toward a similar option in the southeast corner of our system, providing the same convenience for those members. Homeland is open 24 hours

2. When contacting the cooperative to report an outage, use the name as it appears on your bill, and have both your pole number and account
