Texas County Family YMCA General Manager, Kyle Hawkins, and Sr. Vice President of Bank of the Panhandle, Sally Pittman, teamed up with local businesses that sponsored the printing of Oklahoma Together t-shirts. Proceeds from the shirts benefi t the United Way of Central Oklahoma. These funds are earmarked to assist the tornado relief efforts.

he events of the May 2013 tornados in central Oklahoma happened nearly three months


County Electric Cooperative and YMCA. T-shirts were purchased by people as far away as Montana and North Carolina, as well as throughout the Oklahoma and Texas Panhandles. The entire community came together and many generous people helped with their purchase of “Together We Are OK” t-shirts, raising $20,000 to benefi t the relief efforts.
